IATF16949 is an international quality management system standard for the automotive industry, aimed at ensuring the quality, reliability, and consistency of automotive parts and related products.

Our quality assurance system aligns with international standards, and have already established a comprehensive quality management system in accordance with the IATF16949: 2016 technical specifications and our company's specific conditions, taking necessary measures to ensure effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement. Certified by Shanghai NQA Certification Co., Ltd. (SNQA), we have successfully achieved the IATF 16949 automotive industry quality management system certification.

We strictly adhere to the requirements of the system documentation, ensuring that all processes remain effective, which includes quality management, design and development, supply chain management, production process control, and after-sales service. Meanwhile, we focus on defect prevention, reducing quality risks, minimizing waste, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Production Base
Waythink's smart factory is located in the CATARC (Gaoyou) Automotive Technology Innovation Park in Gaoyou City, Jiangsu Province, covering an area of 1,184 square meters. The factory operates under the guiding principles of intelligent cloud manufacturing, utilizing the industrial internet as a platform, focusing on the intelligent automation of key processes, and driving operations through data. Its approach enables the visualization and sharing of resource capabilities and the precise matching of demands, achieving interconnection of equipment, production lines, enterprises, business operations, and virtual-real integration.
By covering all manufacturing elements with network connectivity and real-time sensing and transmitting dynamic manufacturing process information, the factory adapts to environmental changes and performs real-time precise control, which ensures full-process real-time connectivity, full-process visibility by user, and comprehensive traceability of the manufacturing process. The factory boasts capabilities for self-decision-making, self-execution, and self-repair, ultimately achieving efficient and high-quality production. The expected annual production capacity is 1 million sets of systems for phase I and 2 million sets for phase II.
